Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar and a Gentle Shikara Ride
Welcome to Srinagar, the "Lake City"! As you arrive at Srinagar Airport, our friendly team will greet you and take you to your houseboat or hotel. Later, we'll enjoy a peaceful one-hour boat ride on the famous Dal Lake in a traditional gondola called a "Shikara." You'll see why this lake is called the "Venice of India" as you experience the unique aquatic life of Srinagar. Take in the stunning views of Kashmir and the vibrant colors all around you. On our way back, we'll visit a local crafts market where you can see beautiful handmade items from Paper Mache and walnut wood.

Day 2: The Meadow of Flowers - Gulmarg
After a delicious breakfast, we'll check out from the houseboat (if applicable) and take a full-day trip to Gulmarg, known as the "Meadow of Flowers." Just about 53 kilometers from Srinagar, Gulmarg sits at a high altitude and is a famous ski resort with the world's highest 18-hole golf course. This charming place was especially loved during British times. You can enjoy stunning views of Kongdori with a Cable Car Ride (at your own cost). In the evening, we'll drive back to Srinagar for an overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 3: The Meadows of Gold - Sonamarg
After breakfast, we'll embark on a full-day trip to Sonamarg, which means "The meadows of gold." Located at a high altitude, about 84 kilometers from Srinagar, Sonamarg offers breathtaking views of snowy mountains against a clear blue sky. The Sindh River flows gently through the valley, rich with trout. You can hire ponies for a ride up to the Thajiwas glacier, a popular attraction in the summer (at your own cost). In the evening, we'll drive back to Srinagar for an overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 4: Journey to the Valley of Shepherds - Pahalgam
After breakfast and check-out, we'll drive to Pahalgam, a beautiful tourist spot also known as the "Valley of Shepherds." On our way to Pahalgam, we'll pass through saffron fields, see the ruins of Avantipur, and the Anantnag sulphur spring. Pahalgam is a favorite location for the Indian Film Industry, and you'll understand why with its natural charm. It's also famous for its mountain treks and nature walks, and it's the main starting point for the Amarnath Yatra.

Day 5: Sightseeing in Srinagar
Today, after breakfast, we'll drive back to Srinagar and visit the famous Mughal gardens: Nishat Bagh (the Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (the Abode of Love), and the Shankaracharya Temple and Hazratbal Shrine. These beautiful gardens are located on the banks of Dal Lake. Nishat Bagh is the larger of the two gardens, with impressive Chinar trees. Both gardens feature symmetrical waterways with fountains flowing through terraced gardens.

Day 6: Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, we'll check out from the hotel and transfer you to Srinagar Airport for your flight to your next destination, filled with wonderful memories of Kashmir.
